Lama Hotel, at an elevation of 2,480 meters, is a tranquil place to rest and acclimate for the forthcoming trip.

After breakfast, we leave for Langtang Valley. The trek starts with a gentle climb, but it soon becomes steeper, climbing through wild forests of hemlocks, oaks, and maples and white and pink rhododendrons high above the Langtang Khola. The spectacular glances of snow-capped peaks start appearing, along with a fleeting view of Mt. Langtang Lirung (7244m) through the trees, making the journey even more enchanting. Traversing through the lush meadows of Ghora Tabela (2992m), the trail ascends gradually as the valley opens into a classical trail. We reached the Langtang valley, a U-shaped glacial valley.  Finally, dwelling in the Tamang villages, we reach the Langtang valley.

You'll reach Kyanjin Gompa, where you can explore the monastery and enjoy panoramic views of peaks like Dorje Lhakpa, Langshisha Ri, Ganja La, and Tsergo Ri, along with the glaciers from Langtang Lirung and Kimshug. And trek back to the Lama Hotel and enjoy the morning sunrise view from the Lama Hotel.

After a fantastic supper and an overnight stay at the Lama Hotel, you will hike down to Syabrubesi the following day. It is a short, 3-hour trip that is both easy and lovely because you will be hiking downhill. You'll also see local cheese manufacturers and historic tree huts along the way.
