Itinerary

Early morning, we will be ready for the 30-minute flight with scenic views to the world's most popular Tenzing Hillary airport, Lukla. From Lukla, our trekking journey starts and takes a short 6 km trek to Phakding, a small Sherpa village. This day we will stay in Phakding.

    Today is an exciting day, we will enter the Sagarmatha National Park. Where we will cross the bridge, explore many rare animals, witness spectacular views of Mount Everest, and other surrounding peaks. In the 6 to 7-hour trek, we will reach Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, which is a bustling hub with markets, cafes, and stunning views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest.

      We will spend the day in Namche Bazaar to properly acclimatize to the altitude. After breakfast, we will visit Sherpa Museum, ancient monasteries, or take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for stunning vistas of the Himalayas.

        On day 4, after breakfast, we will hike from Namche to Pangboche. During the trek we will pass through Tengboche Monastery (3860m, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. After that, we will reach Pangboche, where we will enjoy a tranquil evening with the towering peaks views.

          Today is the highlight of the excursion as we trek to ama Dablam Base Camp. Where we will observe an unobstructed scene of ama Dablam majestic peak. After exploring the scenery and taking some photos, we will return to Pangboche for the night.

           

            After taking breakfast, we will trek back through Tengboche, with the last mesmerizing views of ama Dablam and Everest before reaching Namche Bazaar for a rest.

              Our final trekking day takes us back down the Dudh Koshi valley, passing through Sagarmatha National Park before reaching Lukla. Celebrate our complete trek and stay the night in Lukla.

                Our scenic morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu in around 30 minutes marks the end of the Ama Dablam Base Camp Adventure. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will move to your hotel. Tonight, Mount Glory Treks will put on a farewell dinner party where we can share memories and our stories.
